About Halong Bay Kitchen (HBK)

Halong Bay Kitchen (HBK) is a small family business with big dreams! Established in 2020, our mission is to provide fresh, healthy, and authentic Southeast Asian cuisine using the finest ingredients. I opened Halong Bay Kitchen in March 2021, fuelled by my passion for food and the support of family and friends.

With experience as a Cordon Bleu chef and running a family restaurant, I am excited to share my love for food with everyone.
