Delivery and Collection Information

**Seasonality and Supply**
Ingredients may vary based on availability. Halong Bay Kitchen reserves the right to modify menu items, prices, and ingredients as needed, and we will inform you of any changes.
**Payment**
Payments for canape box orders and delivery fees can be made via our online merchant, Shopify, which accepts debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
**Delivery Area**
We deliver primarily within Surrey but can extend to London, Hampshire, Sussex, and Berkshire, with possible extra charges.
**Delivery Times**
Canape boxes are delivered hand-delivered between 8 AM and 4 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. Please arrange your delivery 2 to 4 hours before your event. While we aim for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather. Ensure the correct address and instructions are provided.
Delivery charges are £30 within a 30-mile radius, with additional charges for longer distances or larger orders. Collection from our Surrey kitchen (KT14) is available by prior arrangement.
Hot and cold canapes will be packed separately in ovenable trays. All food is prepared in a five-star hygiene-rated kitchen where allergens may be present. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee it.
Your canapes will be transported in Thermo boxes to maintain temperature, and someone must be available to receive the order, as cancellations or refunds are not possible.
We prioritize recyclable packaging and appreciate your help in recycling as much as possible.
